Course Booking Procedure

To guarantee your place on an AutoEducation training course, phone the booking line now, on 0113 397 0211, or alternatively, visit www.autoeducation.co.uk to book your place. Our aim is to provide training as close to your business location as possible. This will however, depend on the demand for an individual course. Full details of the locations and course dates are available from your Andrew Page Representative. Alternatively, go to www.autoeducation.co.uk for course dates and venue details.

Pricing and Payment

If you have a trade account with Andrew Page Ltd, the course fee can be invoiced to your business. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to Andrew Page Ltd, and sent to: AutoEducation, Andrew Page Ltd, Apson House, Colton Mill, Bullerthorpe Lane, Leeds. LS15 9JL. Course fees include: Tuition notes, use of relevant equipment, lunch and refreshments.
All prices exclude VAT.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is in effect. Please be aware that it is Andrew Page Ltd prerogative to pass any cancellation charges on to the delegate.

• 14 days notice = 100% refund
• 7-14 days notice = 50% refund
• Less than 7 days notice = 0% refund

Please note, any cancellations received within 7 days of course commencement date will be subject to full charge and no refund will be allowable. If you wish to cancel a course booking, please directly contact the training administration team on 0113 397 0211. We reserve the right to cancel courses, when appropriate or for circumstances beyond our control. It will be our policy to offer alternative dates in the first instance. Where delegates are unable to take up this offer we will issue a full refund. No liability will be accepted for loss of earnings or expenses should a course be cancelled.

Entry Qualifications and Prerequisite Knowledge

Always refer to the individual course overviews in conjunction with the flow charts to establish the prior requirements for each course. There are certain courses where attendance can not be permitted if the important qualifying conditions have not been met.

Course Examinations

All trainees attending Bosch training courses are expected to participate in the end of course examination.
The questions range from multi-choice to specific answer types and are taken from the course content.
However, we do not train or instruct to a question paper criteria. These are used as a measure of delegates knowledge and skills acquisition.
A certificate will be issued to successful delegates achieving a pass mark of 70% or over. The examiners decision is final.
Those delegates who are unsuccessful may take one re-sit of the course examination by arrangement. The re-sit is based upon the failed questions only. If after this, delegates are unsuccessful we will advise to repeat attendance of the course.

Re-sit Procedure

Please call the training administration team on 0113 397 0211 to arrange an examination re-sit.
It is the responsibility of each delegate to inform our training administration team that you wish to take a re-sit. You must inform the training administrator of the following:

• The number and title of the course exam to be taken again
• The number, title, venue and date of the course where the re-sit is to be taken
• We need this information at least 10 working days prior to the course date selected
• We will advise on areas of revision required

Course and Assessment Content

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information in this publication. Andrew Page Ltd will use all reasonable endeavour to deliver courses in accordance with the descriptions laid out in this prospectus. However, we reserve the right to amend course and assessment content in line with technical and legislative requirements.

Personal incident and liability

Andrew Page Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings of delegates.
