BBS2 A Bosch Certified Course
Developed for automotive technicians involved in the service and repair of vehicle braking systems, this course covers brake actuation and hydraulics, ABS fundamentals and Electronic Park Brake Systems.
To maintain today’s generation of electronically controlled braking systems, the routine service procedures required evolve alongside the advancement of modern braking technology. This increasingly requires the use of diagnostic equipment and specialist knowledge. An understanding of ABS system operation, correct service techniques and the primary testing of electronic sensors is becoming increasingly important for all service technicians.
The course will include specific service procedures applicable to ABS and ESP systems as well as Electronic Park Brake systems. The knowledge and skills learnt can also be applied to non-Bosch systems.
This 1 day course also provides the foundation braking knowledge required for attendance on further electronic braking system test and diagnosis courses.
