As customer demand for safer cars increases, the fitment of airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners, ABS and stability systems is now common place on most new vehicles. From super-minis to 4 x 4's, the array of safety equipment fitted as standard is on the increase. Our range of courses starts with the principals of the ABS system including physical properties, testing and functional overview, with the more advanced courses covering subjects such as traction control, ESP, ASR and EBD moving onto engine drag torque control, cumulative yaw deceleration and active wheel speed sensors. In many cases once a fault is detected the system shuts down and a warning light is triggered, therefore it is imperative that the problem is located and rectified to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction.
